The products offered are those listed on the Website, subject to availability. Each product is presented with a detailed description. The photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness to the product received.

Price

Prices are quoted in EURO, including all taxes. Rama reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

All orders imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. After confirming the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the products ordered, the price, delivery costs, and estimated delivery time.

Payment

Delivery

Delivery: Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

Standard delivery: within 1 to 2 business days for Tunisia, 5 to 14 days for international orders.
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Rama cannot be held responsible for any delays or errors caused by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

The Customer has a period of 3 days from receipt of the order to request an exchange.
Conditions:

Products must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Exchange costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of an error on our part.
Sale items and personalized items cannot be exchanged.

Responsability
